1st Eagle Talent Hunt – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the 1st Eagle Talent Hunt. By submitting an entry, you agree to comply with all rules outlined below.

1. Eligibility

Participants must provide accurate personal details and be eligible to participate under applicable laws. Entries with false information may be disqualified.

2. Submission Requirements

• Each participant may submit only one entry per cycle.
• Videos must be clear, original, and of high quality.
• Maximum video length is 1 minute.
• Accepted format: MP4.
• File name must include the participant’s full name.

3. Mandatory Video Requirements

• Participants must clearly state or display their full name in the video.
• The official 1st Eagle Talent Hunt logo must be visible.
• The logo must be placed at the top right corner or clearly shown.
• Participants must begin their video with the required opening statement.

4. Opening Statement Requirement

All participants must begin their video by stating their full name and saying:

"This is my application into the 1st Eagle Talent Hunt sponsored by 1st Eagle Mobile Phone Accessories."

5. Social Media Requirements

• Participants must follow 1st Eagle on Facebook and other official platforms.
• Participants must post their entry on their personal social media pages.
• Entries must tag 1st Eagle where applicable.

6. Originality & Content Rules

• All submissions must be original and created by the participant.
• Plagiarized or copied content will result in disqualification.
• Offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content is strictly prohibited.

7. Judging & Selection

All entries will be reviewed by the 1st Eagle Talent Hunt team. Decisions made by judges and organizers are final and not subject to appeal.

8. Rights & Usage

By submitting your entry, you grant 1st Eagle the right to use, display, and promote your video across digital and marketing platforms without additional compensation.

9. Disqualification

1st Eagle reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these rules, submits false information, or engages in fraudulent activity.

10. Changes to Terms

1st Eagle reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page.
